Big Lake

Big lake offers Rainbows, Browns, and the occasional Cutthroat and Brook trout and is best fished from single pontoon boats with full sink or grain tip lines. Due to its size and flat terrain,this lake is prone to windy conditions and can be challenging to fish depending on weather conditions.  Big Lake is very popular among anglers, campers and families and is located 25 miles southwest of Springerville, Arizona. At an invigorating 9000 foot elevation, it is considered to be one of the best fishing lakes during late spring and fall.
